How to complete payment allocation

    Understand the objective

    A payment records a disbursement applied to an existing obligation. It does not replace the order, expense or certificate: it documents how much, when and how it was paid, and what remains open. This guide focuses on manage partial and full payments.

    Select the obligation, enter amount, date, payment method, reference and owner; attach transfer confirmation or receipt and verify the available balance.
